## Review boundary

A fresh independent ephemeral Codex process applied `bwh-agent-review` to the
candidate Story expansion, prior findings, implementation, executable fixtures,
catalogue transition, artwork evidence, and current validation. It did not
modify files or perform publication work.

## Verdict and findings

No blocking or should-fix findings remain.

- Lifecycle retirement is schema-valid, excluded from active discovery, and
  preserves immutable historical releases and version pages.
- The nine feature graphs have distinct ID-independent signatures, asymmetric
  one-, two-, and three-beat route chains, story-specific state pressure and
  crisis rules, and route-aware ending eligibility.
- Independent natural-language route and ending probes plus numbered decision
  inputs execute successfully for every new Story.
- Last Light executes complete three-turn and four-turn journeys. The latter
  includes a non-committing clarification turn and reaches the expected state,
  crisis, and ending inside the declared timing envelope.
- Artwork, Room 313 alt text, crop/provenance evidence, and the Claws
  originality/affiliation gate have no remaining finding.

## Validation reviewed

- Fresh focused re-review: 1 file and 13 tests passed; `git diff --check` passed.
- Full validation: lint, strict typecheck, 18 files and 124 tests, deterministic
  131-file/40,166,659-byte build and audit, and all 12 browser journeys passed.
- All 118 fixture paraphrases executed without drift during the prior challenge
  pass; the final suite adds independent prose beyond those fixture strings.

## Residual risk and human focus

Compatibility remains untested in a live companion harness and no compatibility
promotion is claimed. Human testing should emphasize natural paraphrases,
visibly different route experiences, and Last Light pacing.
